Overview Social Media + Email Specialist — Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. This remote role supports Outsourcey’s mission to revolutionize global talent expansion by connecting businesses with dedicated full-time teams in the Philippines, offering cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. Responsibilities Social Media Support: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Reddit, and Houzz. Develop Pinterest Idea Pins and promote keyword campaigns, leverage TikTok trends, and align all efforts with home renovation, interior design, and DIY communities. Email Campaign Management: Write and send weekly email campaigns in Mailchimp to nurture current contacts, promote sample requests, and share design inspiration, install guides, and seasonal style trends. Community Engagement: Actively join and participate in Facebook groups, relevant subreddits, Pinterest board communities, and similar platforms. Share authentic value such as photo diaries, install tips, and budget-friendly transformation ideas, with natural links driving traffic to the website. Audience Interaction & UGC Campaigns: Respond to comments and messages, launch initiatives like UGC/Reel/YouTube Shorts challenges, encourage customer tagging and hashtags, and showcase before-and-after results to amplify installs and organic reach. Content Creation & Editing: Oversee production of photo, video, and graphic assets for both short-form (e.g., YouTube Shorts) and long-form content. Collaborate with micro-influencers and interior designers, featuring DIY/budget projects and applications such as rustic kitchens, outdoor kitchens, van life builds, and tiny homes. Ad Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing targeted social ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; include Pinterest Idea Pin promotions that link step-by-step tutorials back to the website for lead generation. AI Blog Content Creation: Use AI tools to draft blog posts, review and edit AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand voice and quality standards. Qualifications Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of professional experience managing social media accounts and email copywriting; industry experience in home design, building materials, or renovation highly preferred. Email Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in Mailchimp for campaign creation, automation, list segmentation, and performance tracking. Content Production Skills: Strong background in graphic design, video editing, and photo editing, with the ability to produce polished, platform-ready content. Social Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Reddit, and Houzz, including current algorithms, community behaviors, and growth strategies. Community-Building Ability: Demonstrated success leveraging online groups and forums such as Facebook groups, Pinterest boards, and subreddits for brand positioning and lead generation. Analytical & Creative Balance: Ability to write compelling copy that resonates with renovation, design, and other target audiences while tracking performance metrics to optimize campaigns. AI Integration: Familiar with using AI tools to support content creation, including drafting and refining blog posts, while ensuring final outputs remain authentic and aligned with the brand’s voice and standards.
