You’ll engage with leads, understand their goals, and provide clear, helpful advice to help them start their NDIS business confidently. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with potential clients via phone, email, and video calls Build relationships and understand clients’ needs to offer tailored solutions Drive conversions through effective communication and trust-building Ensure a seamless and positive client experience throughout the registration process Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities using CRM tools Collaborate closely with the Australian team to align on goals and client needs About You Proven experience in sales consulting , customer service , or account management Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written Strong interpersonal , organisational , and time management skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Proactive, confident, and client-focused attitude Experience in the healthcare , NDIS , or disability services sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred Join Us If you’re passionate about helping others succeed and want to work with a mission-driven Australian company that values excellence, empathy, and integrity — Regis Provider Consulting Services is the perfect place to grow your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
