
Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for field-based roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for employment.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
- Support new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences at field sites.
- Act as a liaison between field employees and corporate HR.
- Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution of concerns.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies at field locations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support HR initiatives including training, engagement programs, and performance processes.

- 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting, preferably in a field-based or high-volume environment.
- Ability to travel regularly to various job sites or branch locations and be willing to stay there if necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruiting strategies.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and Job Search platforms
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
