CXC Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Compliance Lead You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance standards for our Philippine Team while working closely with regional managers across Asia and Australia. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee compliance activities for the Philippine operations Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR compliance and related areas Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with Asia-Pacific standards Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure best practices Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to PH team members Support regional projects and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in compliance, HR governance, or risk management Background in HR or related industries is a strong plus Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and regional (Australia or Asia) compliance frameworks Solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and analytical skills Comfortable reporting to regional managers and working in a cross-border setup Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CXC by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
