Compliance Lead

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance standards for our Philippine Team while working closely with regional managers across Asia and Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee compliance activities for the Philippine operations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR compliance and related areas
  • Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with Asia-Pacific standards
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure best practices
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to PH team members
  • Support regional projects and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, HR governance, or risk management
  • Background in HR or related industries is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and regional (Australia or Asia) compliance frameworks
  • Solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Comfortable reporting to regional managers and working in a cross-border setup
