Asset Management Specialist

Location: Cainta, Rizal, Philippines (TTEC). The purpose of this role is to facilitate, coordinate and verify the accurate return of IT hardware used for customer service support. The employee will work in collaboration with multiple groups in the organization from entry level to Senior Leadership. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, mandatory weekly meeting attendance, repetitive task completion and a strong commitment to succeed. The role involves communicating with employees throughout the return process to ensure the safe and swift return of hardware assets, and troubleshooting gaps or errors in the process, providing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate, coordinate and verify the accurate return of IT hardware used for customer service support.
  • Communicate with employees throughout the return process to ensure safe and swift asset returns.
  • Troubleshoot gaps or errors in the process (recurring and initial) and provide solutions.
  • Maintain data accuracy and timely reporting on return status and related metrics.
  • Leverage cross-group collaboration (Site IT, Human Capital, IT Asset Management, Employees/Agents) to prevent process and communication gaps.
  • Work assigned regions during peak business hours and be amenable to shifting schedules.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with hardware IT Asset Management (ITAM) and/or logistics.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or an IT Service Management database.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience with automation tools, reporting (e.g., Power BI for dashboards and data export), and shipping portals (e.g., FedEx) is a plus.
  • Experience with internal asset tracking tools.
  • Experience developing, deploying and monitoring Asset Management processes.
  • Ability to write and speak in English.
Additional Traits (Preferred)
  • Some college coursework from an accredited university.
  • ITIL Certification and/or ITAM certifications.
