About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team. The role will focus on end-to-end general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing of books activities.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations .
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Generate financial reports to support management and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting accuracy and process improvements.
  • Work on accounting software such as Citrix, PowerBI, JDEdwards, CoStar, and/or Soft4 .
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in General Ledger / General Accounting .
  • Hands-on experience with journal entries, closing of books, and reconciliations .
  • Knowledge and experience in Citrix, PowerBI, JDEdwards, CoStar, or Soft4 .
  • Prior experience supporting US or multinational clients is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business course .
  • CPA license is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in night shift / US hours, including holidays .
  • Must be willing to attend induction/new hire orientation onsite .
