Job Description

  • Spearhead the implementation and configuration of Workday Financials to meet organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial system needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users for Workday Financials functionalities.
  • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system issues to maintain operational excellence.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for stakeholders on Workday Financials processes.
  • Monitor system updates and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations and project progress.
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to streamline workflows and optimize system performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workday Finance Team Lead should have:

  • Expertise in Workday Financials, including configuration and optimization.
  • Background in a Team Lead/Technical Lead/People Manager Role.
  • Proven ability to manage system implementations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA).
  • A strong background in Agile Scrum.
  • A solutions-oriented approach to enhance system functionality and business processes.
