Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an HR Leader to build high-performing teams and cultures from the ground up. This role focuses on leading Workday-related initiatives for global clients and delivering best-in-class solutions with a people-first approach. What You'll Own Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting to evolving needs across Financials modules. Strategic Consulting: Gather and analyze business requirements, assess needs, propose alternatives, and advise on Workday best practices and process improvements. Project Leadership: Lead medium to high-complexity projects through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with minimal supervision. Delivery Excellence: Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and delivering service that meets KPIs (e.g., utilization, CSAT). Mentorship & Knowledge: Mentor, coach, and review less experienced team members; contribute to the knowledge repository with best practices and deployment approaches. Deep Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective corrective measures. What You'll Bring Experience: 4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client. Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting; plus expertise in at least one additional module (e.g., Procurement, Expenses, Projects, FDM/Advanced Financial Reporting, Customer Billing). Leadership: Ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live). Consultative Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders and guide discussions toward timely solutions. Technical Acumen: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change. Travel: Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements (
