What the role will entail Maintaining a deep understanding of the Bank's products, processes, and workflows. Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and automation. Identifying opportunities to implement new technologies to streamline processes and enhance performance. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and system developers, ensuring the final product meets business needs and translating requirements into functional specifications. Collaborating with development teams to design and document system workflows, data models, and user interfaces. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business requirements, project specifications, policies, and procedures aligned with the Bank's governance directives. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Management Information Systems is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, app development, systems analysis, project management, banking, or finance. Strong understanding of business goals, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills.
