Intermediate Business Technology Analyst About the job Intermediate Business Technology Analyst We're Hiring: Intermediate Business Technology Analyst We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Intermediate Business Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping us optimize operations and enhance productivity. Location: Taguig, PhilippinesWork Mode: HybridRole: Intermediate Business Technology Analyst What You'll Do: Assist in gathering requirements with business users for document creation, modification, and eSignature implementation related to critical business functions within various use cases. Provide document creation and modification within Adobe. Create and modify electronic signature solutions within various parts of the business. Build and modify templates within DocuSign based off of various file types. Assist with quality assurance activities for DocuSign and Adobe solutions. Production support new and existing DocuSign implementations, as well as connections to API solutions. Create and maintain guided forms solutions within Formstack. Obtain understanding and manage integrations with Salesforce for both DocuSign and Formstack. Resourcefulness and problem‑solving aptitude. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 1 year experience in a business analyst or technology‑related role. Experience in Automation Anywhere (or any RPA tool) - mandatory
