CDC Holdings is hiring a Building Engineer to oversee facility management and maintenance for a residential property in Paraaque City. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a Mechanical Engineering license preferred. A background as an Engineering Supervisor or Assistant Manager in property management or hospitality is highly valued, along with experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO). Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering. Registered Mechanical Engineer, Civil and Electrical license is an advantage. Required language(s): Filipino, English. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably an Engineering Supervisor/ Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Property Management, Residential Condominium, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. Mechanical Engineer preferred and with Pollution Control Officer (PCO) background. Job role in Facility Management, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping and Repair (Civil, Electro-mechanic). Highly analytical, flexible, dynamic, pro-active, trustworthy & loyal. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
