Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of the company’s buildings, dormitories, and associated facilities. This role ensures compliance with property standards, optimizes revenue through rental management, and fosters a safe, comfortable living and working environment for all residents and employees. The manager also supervises personnel, enforces policies, and coordinates with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Duties and Responsibilities: Facilities and Maintenance Management: Assess maintenance and repair needs for mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure, performing light maintenance and hiring contractors for major repairs. Inspect buildings and surrounding properties for cleanliness, safety, and overall condition. Ensure all vital electromechanical equipment and facilities are fully operational. Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams for maintenance and repairs. Enforce building safety regulations and emergency protocols. Manage relationships with government agencies to ensure compliance with rental and building regulations. Dormitory and Tenant Management: Oversee dormitory operations, ensuring a safe and positive living environment for residents. Conduct dormitory orientation sessions, communicate house rules, and address resident concerns. Maintain dormitory cleanliness, security, and visitor policies. Work with key holders to ensure secure access for residents. Sales and Financial Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Ensure rental rates are competitive and aligned with market trends. Manage building and dormitory operational costs while ensuring profitability. Achieve agreed sales and occupancy targets. Staff Management and Coordination: Supervise building security, engineering, and housekeeping teams. Assign work tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training to staff. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and inspectors for maintenance and compliance needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in building management, residential operations, or facilities maintenance. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to enforce rules and policies fairly while maintaining positive resident relations. Certifications in Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH, COSH) and Facilities Management are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
