US Telco Call Center Workforce Real Time Analyst

Job Description: Various customer service and call center roles with responsibilities including supervision, coaching, performance management, and ensuring KPIs are met. Multiple postings include entry to mid level positions and some with hiring events or fast-track processes.
Responsibilities (selected examples)- Supervise a group of call center associates, monitor work and attendance in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
- Coach direct reports regularly to meet performance metrics; identify issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective actions up to termination as needed.
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations; communicate expectations and provide updates to the team.
- Handle escalated customer calls as needed; conduct team meetings; stay current on internal processes and policies.
- Promote company values and act as an advocate for team members.
- Call center experience (often 6–12 months minimum; some roles accept without experience).
- Strong English communication skills; high school or higher education; willingness to work shifts and on-site when required.
- Ability to use computers, navigate the internet, and operate basic software; reliable internet and equipment may be required for some roles.
- Competitive base salary (examples shown: up to Php26,000; up to Php22,300; Php20,000 depending on role).
