Apply nowJob Description About the Role As a Travel Call Center Agent in Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for guests, travel agents, and corporate bookers. Your role involves managing inbound and outbound interactions across both voice and non-voice channels, particularly email, handling reservation inquiries, providing product-related support, and promoting upgrades or loyalty rewards. You will work with tools like Opera and ensure every query is handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle all inbound customer communication with professionalism, including urgent issues. Process room reservations and respond to inquiries regarding bookings, property information, and available services. Promote and upsell rooms, amenities, and packages to enhance the guest experience. Maximize booking conversion and identify potential sales leads. Promote loyalty rewards and encourage repeat business as a Cebu sales agent for the client. Appropriately escalate queries or complaints to minimize negative experiences. Manage a blended workload of voice and non-voice interactions. Respond to email requests following SOPs and training materials. Handle inbound calls and emails from travel agents, corporate clients, and guests as a call center agent. Provide quotes, process bookings, cancellations, and amendments using Opera. Route queries appropriately via IVR where non-compliant. Follow SOPs or escalate the issue to the relevant hotel departments to ensure a resolution. Make outbound calls and maintain accurate logs in Opera. Job Requirements Job Qualifications Minimum educational attainment is a Senior high school diploma At least 6 months of solid BPO voice experience A background in travel or hospitality is an advantage Experience in both voice and non-voice customer service within the BPO industry Comfortable with rotating UK-based shifts as a Cebu sales or call center agent Strong verbal and written communication skills Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective at web navigation and digital multitasking Detail-oriented and able to handle real-time updates Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving capabilities Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Team-oriented and open to blended roles involving both voice and non-voice Location: 7th Floor, Robinson's Cybergate Cebu, Fuente Osmeña, Don Gil Garcia St, Cebu City, 6000 Schedule: Rotating shifts aligned with the UK time zoneWhy Join Fusion CX?
