In this role, you’ll take ownership of the company’s data governance, build scalable data systems, and mentor a talented team of analysts and engineers. Your work will ensure reliable, secure, and actionable data that drives innovation and a smarter user experience. What You’ll Do Own the company’s data governance strategy, ensuring data quality, security, and privacy Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, scientists, and ETL developers Design and implement centralized data architectures that integrate data from multiple sources Collaborate with teams to understand current data collection, storage, and workflow needs Review software interfaces to ensure essential data capture for analytics and product development Standardize tools and processes for consistent data collection across systems Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align data architecture with company goals What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Data Architect, including team leadership or mentorship Strong knowledge of data governance, modeling, and data warehousing principles Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing centralized data systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to translate complex data requirements into scalable, actionable solutions Why Join Us?
