Job Responsibilities- Planning and creativity: independently complete the planning of social media marketing projects or organize teams to plan and coordinate, with good creative thinking, communication and coordination skills, and strong strategic and marketing concepts;
- Plan writing and proposal: Combining business and market insights, assist in formulating the overall brand strategy framework, output social media hot marketing and Internet celebrity marketing project strategies and planning plans according to the company's general direction (spread on overseas social media Facebook, TikTok, IG, Twitter, Youtube), promote business growth, improve branding impression and customer engagement;
- Teamwork: Coordinate internal and external resources, guide marketing teams, partners, media, etc. to work closely together, promote communication and coordination among stakeholders, and implement marketing plans;
- Industry insight: with a wide range of knowledge reserves and independent thinking ability, a clear understanding of the industry market, a broad vision, active thinking, and a certain degree of sensitivity to hot topics, user behavior, and content topics;
- Trend control: able to summarize and organize basic marketing plans and creative output formulas or communication models, and apply them; have a macro understanding of online media, and be able to continuously optimize the communication and marketing chain of integrated marketing by combining existing channels;
- Cost awareness: Reasonably plan social media marketing budget and prepare contingency plans. Be responsible for project progress, completion, content quality, and effectiveness.
- A full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in journalism, communication, advertising, management, etc., with certain creativity and copywriting skills, with more than 5 years of experience in digital marketing or 4A advertising companies, familiar with integrated marketing methods and formed methodologies;
- English can be used as a working language, with solid writing skills and a long-term overseas working and living background preferred;
- Have a brand strategy concept, a broad creative vision, unique ideas, and strong expression; familiar with overseas social media marketing, able to plan overseas social media marketing based on hot spots/events/nodes;
- Rich experience in project management and team building, strong communication skills, with a financial background preferred;
- Powerful Time Management and multitasking capabilities. Able to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, sensitive to data.
