Overview

Head of Social Media Marketing at ASAP Hub, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role leads the end-to-end social media marketing function (organic + ads) and guides a multidisciplinary team to set strategy, coach execution, and ensure quality and performance across all client accounts.

You’ll own the end-to-end social media marketing function (organic + ads) and lead a multidisciplinary team (creators, strategists, editors, designers, media buyers, community managers). You’ll set the strategy, coach the team to execute, and ensure quality and performance across all client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Own the overall social strategy (organic + paid) for ASAP Hub and all client accounts—positioning, narratives, content architectures, channel mix, and growth plans.
  • Translate business goals into channel strategies, test roadmaps, and measurable KPIs (awareness, engagement, retention, conversion, ROAS).
  • Run quarterly/ monthly business reviews per client; present insights, recommendations, and next-step experiments.
Team Management & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Lead and develop the Social team: content creators, editors, designers, community managers, strategists, and media buyers.
  • Resource and prioritize work across clients; assign owners, set timelines, and remove blockers.
  • Build repeatable playbooks (briefs, content calendars, ad testing frameworks, community guidelines) to raise quality and speed.
Content & Creative Direction
  • Oversee brand-right content systems: pillars, series, hooks, story formats, and thumb-stopping creative for TikTok, IG Reels, FB, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Review and approve calendars, scripts, shot lists, captions, and thumbnails; ensure on-brand quality and platform fit.
Paid Social & Performance
  • Oversee full-funnel paid strategy (Meta, TikTok, YouTube): audience strategy, creative testing matrices, optimization cadences, budgets, and pacing.
  • Partner with Media Buyers to align organic learnings with ad iterations; accelerate winners and kill underperformers fast.
Client Success & Communication
  • Act as senior point of contact for key clients; run workshops, strategy sessions, and quarterly planning.
  • Align stakeholders, manage expectations, and communicate clearly on priorities, trade-offs, and results.
Operations, Process & Brand Safety
  • Set standards for QA, approvals, community management, and escalation/crisis protocols.
  • Implement efficient workflows and tooling (publishing, asset management, analytics, and reporting).
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and local regulations.
Measurement & Insights
  • Define dashboards and reporting cadence; turn data into insights and action.
  • Own experimentation: hook tests, creative angles, formats, audience splits, and landing-page loops.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in social media/creator marketing with significant hands-on short-form experience; 3+ years leading teams or managing managers in an agency or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success scaling both organic and paid —show before/after metrics and learning loops.
  • Expert understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms, content formats, and ad platforms.
  • Strong creative judgment (hooks, storytelling, pacing, editing) and rigorous performance mindset (testing, attribution, ROAS).
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
  • Fluency with publishing and analytics tools (TikTok Studio, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, GA, Looker/Data Studio, etc.).
  • Highly organized operator: capacity planning, process design, and on-time delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Bonus: Experience with influencer/UGC programs, social commerce, and lifecycle/landing-page collaboration.
  • Must love dogs (our office is dog-friendly).
