Responsibilities
  • Manage the whole FIN team (Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis activities).
  • Ensure proper finance operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
  • Overall in-charge of month-end financial close process of 10 business units. All adjusting entries and analysis are all coming from CFC.
  • Revenue and backlog monitoring.
  • Monitor all country's financial KPI.
  • Working Capital Management.
  • Approve all expenses and payments to meet OCF KPI.
  • Monitor and push invoicing and collection performance.
  • Report P/L variance analysis, operating cash flow, and working capital analysis during regional monthly business review.
  • Prepare financial forecasts (P/L and cashflows) and analyze deviations from budgeted figures.
  • Make sure that balance sheet is properly maintained.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget process, including coordination with department heads.
  • Provide accurate and timely regional financial reports.
  • Ensure that controls, policies, and processes are being observed (GUARD/Internal control reports).
  • Monthly bank reconciliation review and approval (XCERT).
  • Check and bank transfer approval.
  • Handles BIR Tax Audits (no tax consultant).
  • Handles External / Internal Audits.
  • Handles business case analysis for new projects.
  • Pricing tool review and approval.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Support Operating BUs by providing financial analysis and recommendations as needed.
  • Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support any M&A, divestment, creation of new entity activities.
  • Business valuation for new projects, M&A.
  • Additionally, other controller duties as necessary.
