Netsuite Functional Consultant

QIMA is a rapidly growing global company seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead implementations and drive finance process improvements for newly acquired entities. The role involves gathering business requirements, preparing project documentation, quality assurance testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).

• NetSuite Implementation: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations for newly acquired entities, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Develop and oversee detailed project plans to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Finance Enhancement Projects: Conduct in-depth requirement analysis to understand the business needs of internal finance stakeholders; provide expert consultation to align NetSuite functionalities with business requirements.
• Customization & Configuration: Spearhead the customization and configuration of NetSuite modules to tailor to specific business processes; continuously review and refine configurations to optimize system performance.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and address issues or changes in the NetSuite system; coordinate with NetSuite support to resolve bugs and defects efficiently.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, QA documentation, and user guides; ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, sales, and operations to align objectives and ensure seamless NetSuite integration; foster strong communication across teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of processes and NetSuite performance, propose and implement improvements for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in NetSuite implementations and functional consulting.
• Strong expertise in finance process improvement and optimization.
• Proficient in analyzing requirements and translating them into NetSuite solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• NetSuite certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in service, testing, inspection, certification, and/or compliance industry is preferred.
