  • Data imports/cleanup; routine backup/restore verification.
Sprout HR & Performance Plus
  • Troubleshoot access, user sync, and data mismatches; document fixes.
  • Maintain concise how‑to guides; support compliance and audit checks.
Integrations & Automations
  • Creating Power Apps / Automations via Microsoft Power Apps/Automate
  • Light integrations across ERPNext HRIS Microsoft 365 (Power Automate/Apps).
  • Build small utilities (e.g., CSV cleaners, API connectors, webhook listeners).
IT Ops & Security Basics
  • Identity & access (SSO/MFA where feasible), password policy, device/account off‑boarding.
  • Asset inventory (devices, accounts, licenses) with renewal calendar.
  • Backups (schedule, verification, restore drills) and incident response checklist.
Support & Training
  • Operate an internal helpdesk with SLAs; track and report metrics.
  • Run short user trainings; publish quick reference guides.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years in SysAdmin/IT/Business Apps (ERPNext/Frappe experience is a strong plus).
  • Hands-on ERPNext admin (custom reports, data import) and basic scripting.
  • Familiar with HRIS tools (Sprout HR / Performance systems preferred).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, Linux basics, and backups.
  • Clear documentation habits and solid stakeholder communication.
Nice to Have
  • Frappe framework (bench), MariaDB, Nginx; Git basics.
  • Microsoft 365 admin, Power Automate/Apps, SharePoint.
  • Power BI or similar reporting/BI exposure.
