Job Responsibilities Assist in assembling and configuring new personal computer hardware, including system units, monitors, expansion boards, network interface cards, modems, printers, etc., when received from vendors. Install and configure commercially licensed PC application software along with required system files and utilities according to approved specifications, standards, and procedures. Perform asset management functions for all computer‑related assets in accordance with current policies and procedures. Provide support for hardware, software, and/or network connectivity problems; maintain problem status for each ticket assigned according to current standards and specifications. Obtain patches, fixes, and product updates with appropriate hardware and software vendors through telephone contact, bulletin boards, and/or Internet services. Professional Summary Results‑driven Database Administrator with experience in managing and optimizing Azure Cosmos DB databases, proven expertise in performance tuning and security management, and strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous learning in cloud technologies. Technical Skills Databases: Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Cassandra Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory Tools: Azure Cosmos DB Explorer, Azure Monitor, Grafana Additional Skills Security management. Managed database environments, performed regular maintenance, and executed performance tuning. Optimized query performance and reduced costs by implementing effective partitioning and indexing strategies. Developed and executed backup and recovery plans to safeguard data integrity. Collaborated with cross‑functional teams to implement data governance policies and security measures. Required Certifications AZ-104 (required) Must Have Certifications DP-300 (preferred/must have) Work Arrangement Hybrid; 3–4 days per week in office. Onsite location: Cybergate Tower 1, 8th floor.
