Job Description As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll lead complex technical projects for enterprise clients-managing cloud migrations, system upgrades, and network transformations. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients and infrastructures Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end , from requirements gathering to post-implementation support Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure administration and configuration Strong networking knowledge , including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall management Advanced hands-on skills with FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud networking technologies Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating large-scale infrastructure or migration projects Solid understanding of backup, replication, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client-communication skills Relevant advanced certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, CCNP , or equivalent Your Daily Tasks Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs Manage and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto) Review and enhance client infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability Assist with documentation, standardization, and process improvement Support the technical training and development of junior engineers About the Client Empowering Global IT Innovation Our client is an Australian-based managed service provider specializing in end-to-end IT solutions for businesses worldwide.
