Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management and logistics processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
  • Configure SAP MDM, MM, WM modules (e.g., warehouse structure, storage bins, put away and picking strategies, inventory management) based on business requirements.
  • Customize and enhance the MDM, MM, WM module to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the SAP MDM, MM, WM module, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks, including regular system updates and upgrades.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the SAP MDM, MM, WM solutions.
  • Coordinate with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-offs.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate end-user adoption and proficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, or computer science, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an SAP MDM/MM/WM Analyst or a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0.
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse Process (end-to-end)
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP).
  • Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.
  • Management and logistics processes within a business context.
  • Proficient in configuring SAP MDM, MM, WM modules, including warehouse structure, storage bins, put away and picking strategies, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
  • Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon city.
