Purpose of Role: To support the Project Managers with day-to-day tasks, collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams across Australia.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, resourcing, budgets and expenditures
  • Organise, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and distribute minutes with follow-up actions
  • Provide administrative support as needed
