Our fast‑paced, collaborative team thrives on solving complex problems and creating real impact. About Us We specialize in developing innovative financial software that meets stringent security and regulatory standards, empowering businesses and consumers alike. The Opportunity We’re seeking a sharp and driven Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business wants and technical delivery. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear system specifications and ensure our software aligns perfectly with user requirements and business objectives. KPIs Turn vague business ideas into actionable requirements. Define “done” before development starts. Keep requirements up to date as priorities shift. Uncover hidden complexity early through strategic questioning. Requirements & Clarity Clarify what “done” looks like and document acceptance criteria. Maintain requirement visibility throughout the development cycle. Resolve ambiguity before it becomes a blocker. Cross-Team Communication Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Facilitate conversations when conflicting needs or priorities arise. Translate technical constraints back to stakeholders in plain English. Keep all parties aligned on scope, timeline, and trade‑offs. Backlog Management Break down large features into smaller, deliverable pieces. Collaborate with Product Management to keep the team fed with well‑defined work. Identify and surface dependencies that could block delivery. Prioritize work based on business value and technical feasibility. Quality & Delivery Define success criteria for each feature (acceptance criteria). Participate in testing to validate deliverables against requirements. Spot potential issues before they become critical bugs. Leverage lessons learned to continuously improve processes. Success Metrics Features delivered meet business expectations. Development team rarely blocked by unclear requirements. Stakeholders feel heard and informed throughout the process. Minimal rework due to misunderstood requirements. Responsibilities Gather and analyze requirements through detailed interviews and workshops. Translate high‑level business needs into clear functional and non‑functional specifications. Design system logic and visuals using process flows, data models, and wireframes. Support development by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with original intent. Develop test cases and scripts and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain up‑to‑date system documentation, including user manuals and technical specs. Champion best practices and stay informed on industry trends to continually improve processes. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role. Solid understanding of the FinTech industry, financial concepts, regulations, and security protocols. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of .NET, Azure, AWS, and databases is a plus. Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. A proactive, organized, collaborative team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Why Join Us Impactful work: be part of the future of financial technology. Career growth: we invest in professional development and offer clear advancement paths. Great perks: remote work flexibility, competitive salary, internet allowance, 13th‑month pay after your first year, and more.
