What are the Roles and Responsibilities? Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process, finished products, water, and wastewater, and evaluate them according to specified checking frequency. Monitor and revalidate raw material stocks and finished goods. Support and coordinate with production regarding sanitation conditions of the plant. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, guidelines, and company rules and regulations. Ensure compliance with established ISO / HACCP / Food Safety Management System. Responsible for incoming materials, process, line monitoring, inspection, and testing of finished goods following the Quality Plan, PRP Plan, HACCP Plan, and the QATM (Quality Assurance and Test Manual). Inform the Quality Assurance Supervisor of all matters affecting the product. What are the Qualifications? Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Food Technology, or BS Chemical Engineering. Preferably licensed Chemist and/or Chemical Technician. With at least one (1) year of working experience as an analyst. Must be familiar with laboratory apparatus and their applications. With initiative and willing to work overtime and on shifting schedules when necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
