Quality Assurance Analyst

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst .

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process, finished products, water, and wastewater, and evaluate them according to specified checking frequency.
  • Monitor and revalidate raw material stocks and finished goods.
  • Support and coordinate with production regarding sanitation conditions of the plant.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, guidelines, and company rules and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with established ISO / HACCP / Food Safety Management System.
  • Responsible for incoming materials, process, line monitoring, inspection, and testing of finished goods following the Quality Plan, PRP Plan, HACCP Plan, and the QATM (Quality Assurance and Test Manual).
  • Inform the Quality Assurance Supervisor of all matters affecting the product.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Food Technology, or BS Chemical Engineering.
  • Preferably licensed Chemist and/or Chemical Technician.
  • With at least one (1) year of working experience as an analyst.
  • Must be familiar with laboratory apparatus and their applications.
  • With initiative and willing to work overtime and on shifting schedules when necessary.
