About the job Financial Consolidation Manager Responsible for accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax management. Accounting Operations: Review and ensure completeness of billing details Oversee collections and resolve outstanding receivables Initiate issuance of credit memos Reconcile intercompany transactions regularly Monitor related party transactions Prepare consolidated ManCom reports with variance analysis Generate quarterly and annual financial reports for SEC & PSE submission Develop consolidated budget reports and financial presentations for ManCom, AuditCom, and the Board Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits Tax Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax returns Compute and prepare quarterly and annual income tax returns Qualifications: BS Accountancy graduate 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis Proficient in MS Office Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical Strong interpersonal and communication skills Location: MakatiSchedule: DayshiftWork Setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH #J-18808-Ljbffr
