Sr. Manager, Demand Generation – MicroSourcing Join MicroSourcing as a Senior Manager of Demand Generation. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and focuses on building and scaling a high-impact demand generation engine to deliver qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact. Location: Manila, Philippines – Work setup: Onsite / Day shift Responsibilities Design, lead, and scale MicroSourcing’s demand generation engine, accountable for delivering qualified pipeline and measurable revenue. Own all digital channels, media & placements, nurture programs, campaign strategy & execution, and the Marketing Automation platform. Develop and execute a comprehensive global demand generation strategy that directly supports corporate revenue targets and market expansion. Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email, SEO, SEM, content syndication, and more to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities. Build and manage strategic relationships with agencies, vendors, and industry analysts to extend MicroSourcing’s market reach and accelerate demand impact. Leverage HubSpot and other marketing automation/CRM tools to optimize lead management, scoring, and nurturing. Drive continuous A/B testing, experimentation, and data‑driven optimization across campaigns. Manage funnel KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to track marketing performance and contribution to pipeline. Own the demand generation budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting. Lead and mentor a high‑performing demand generation team. Core Competencies Strong understanding of revenue operations and the link between marketing activities, pipeline health, and sales outcomes. Ability to design and execute global demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals. Proven experience running multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. Strong skills in analytics, funnel management, and marketing automation/CRM platforms. Cross‑department and stakeholder management. Thrives in fast‑paced environments with a test‑and‑learn approach to optimization. Qualifications 10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, including at least 5 years in leadership. Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and scaling demand generation functions. Expertise in digital acquisition, funnel management, and marketing analytics. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Data‑driven, analytical thinker who thrives on testing, optimization, and measurable results. Strong communicator and collaborator with executive presence and cross‑functional influence. Experience in outsourcing, professional services, or global B2B markets. Experience in US B2B growth / demand generation marketing. Other Position Requirements Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth marketing. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. High level of adaptability to manage change and work in a fast‑paced environment.
