Manage foreign exchange and money markets within approved limits. Quotes applicable FX and Money Market rates to the bank’s clients and interbank market Monitors funding requirements and manages the bank’s overall liquidity. Engage in dealings with head office/branches, BSP, or bank counterparties to manage the different accounts and position of the branch. Monitors and ensures the bank's compliance with local regulations governing treasury-related transactions (Reserve Requirement, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, etc.) Manage the bank’s investment holdings in line with bank policy. Prepares and submits required reports and limit applications to Head Office Treasury Conducts the review of manuals/policies relating to Treasury Front Office Provide closing rates and other relevant information to the other business units. Report IBCL result to BSP via MOS Identifying and mitigating risks such as currency fluctuations, interest rate changes and credit risk. Qualifications Certified Treasury Professional With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Financial Management, or equivalent With at least 7-10 years experience in treasury/trading Advance computer skills in MS Office.
