Overview Senior Network Specialist – Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We are hiring a Senior Network Specialist. CCNA Certification is Mandatory. Work From Office. Night Shift. Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Implement security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and load balancers. Collaborate with IT teams to support applications, cloud services, and remote access. Perform network capacity planning and upgrades. Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior network staff Deliver resolutions within SLA. Handling incidences, troubleshoot and resolve complex real-time issues. Interaction with client technology teams / ISPs / Vendors / Service partners during incidences. Follow ITIL practices, ensuring compliance adherence. Creating and updating procedure documents, creating knowledge bases. Initiator/self-starter, result-oriented, flexible, with complex problem-solving skills. Work in a team. Technical skills Aruba/Cisco/Dell L2 Switches, L3 Switches, Router, IP addressing/Subnetting, VLAN, SD-WAN. Routing OSPF, RIPv2, BGP, WAN Technology (MPLS, VPLS, IPSec VPN), Wireless Controllers, Wireless APs. Qualifications & Experience Senior Network Specialist with CCNA certification required. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure.
