We are looking for an efficient, flexible, meticulous, and self‑motivated Board Repair and Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Analyze and identify issues with circuit boards using diagnostic tools and schematics. Repair: Perform high‑precision soldering to replace components, repair damaged traces, and fix other defects. Testing and quality assurance: Test repaired boards to ensure they meet quality, functionality, and safety standards before returning them to clients or inventory. Inventory management: Keep an organized inventory of needed parts and track the status of client repairs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of diagnoses, repairs, and parts used. Assembly and customization: In some roles, technicians may also be involved in the equipment assembly, repairing boards, or customizing components. Organizational Relationships: Reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager. Qualifications: Graduate of Electronics or Industrial Engineering Technology, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry with hands‑on experience testing electronic boards Proficient in manual soldering for both through‑hole and surface‑mount (SMT) components Competent in board rework and repair, including component replacement Knowledgeable in cutting, stripping, crimping, and connecting wires for electrical harnesses and assemblies Can read, interpret, and execute based on electronic, electrical, and mechanical drawings or schematics Familiarity with the operation of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscope, voltage and current sensors, electronic loads, etc. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and complete tasks with minimum supervision Experience in validation with strong debug skills and problem tracking Experience with test plan & test procedure development is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
