Responsibilities Manage the planning, design, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, client requirements, and budgetary constraints Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, designers, and construction specialists, to provide innovative solutions and drive project success Conduct site visits, perform technical analyses, and prepare detailed reports and documentation Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project schedules and quality Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional development Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to manage project expectations and ensure compliance What we’re looking for Registered Civil Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously Preferably residing in Lipa City or nearby cities What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Work‑life balance initiatives, including flexible work arrangements Access to the latest engineering technologies and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
