RESPONSIBILITIES: ・Strategic Brand & Product Leadership ・Oversee the development of brand strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities. ・Drive new product launches from concept to market success. ・Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. ・Market Insight & Growth ・Analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. ・Create data-driven marketing strategies to increase sales and engagement. ・Digital & Traditional Marketing Excellence ・Manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, and traditional channels. ・Oversee content creation, SEO optimization, and e-commerce initiatives. ・Lead trade promotions, events, and partnerships with retail distributors. ・Team Leadership & Project Management ・Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs. ・Handle budgets, timelines, and agency partnerships. ・Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Operations.
