QUALIFICATIONS:
・ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
・ 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand management.
・ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・ Proficiency in social media marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
・ Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
+ Leadership experience in handling teams or managing projects.
+ Background in the food & beverage, FMCG, or retail industry is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Product Management
・ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
・ Assist in developing new product concepts, packaging, and promotional materials.
・ Work closely with the sales and R&D teams to launch new products successfully.
・ Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Market Analysis & Strategy Execution
・ Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
・ Develop creative marketing strategies to maximize brand reach and customer engagement.
・ Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Digital & Social Media Marketing
・ Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
・ Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing).
・ Optimize SEO and website performance to increase visibility and engagement.

Traditional Marketing & Trade Promotions
・ Develop above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
・ Organize product launches, promotional events, and trade shows.
・ Collaborate with distributors and retail partners to execute in-store promotions.

Project & Team Coordination (For Supervisor Level)
・ Lead and mentor a small marketing team to achieve business goals.
・ Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for marketing projects.
・ Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
