Responsibilities
  • Manage data monitoring, processing and validation of supplier data focusing on stores and prescription information on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Support US local office in prescription analysis and quality testing projects before loading into production.
  • Manage delivery of timelines and quality of output and create documentation.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of analysis.
  • Provide feedback to teams whenever there is a production issue.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and information security policies and processes.
  • Perform checks as outlined in the process document.
  • Perform store monitoring and management, batch process management, imputation process, evaluation maintenance and overriding stores and suppliers.
  • Follow quality processes thoroughly (checklists, standards, etc.).
  • Conduct quality checks across data warehouses and tools for Prescriber and Patient offerings (e.g., IDW, TDW, NDW, UDA, LRx, Mainframe).
  • Perform functions as directed by the team leader.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering.
  • Preferably with statistical or mathematics background and knowledge of data analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus, attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well with others cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals on time.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient in basic SQL skills; SAS is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
