The Customer Relations Manager at St. Joseph Drug is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers. Acts as a key advocate for customers, working closely with various departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, aligning with St. Joseph Drug's commitment to being the most loved family healthcare pharmacy. Job Requirements Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in customer relations, customer service management, or a related field, preferably in the retail or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools Human Relations: Exemplifies superior maturity, values and character. Exudes adequate confidence and tact in relating with people; able to inspire and influence; superior customer service orientation; very good coordinating skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Mental Effort: Very good judgment for decision-making; superior written and oral communication skills; Organizational Awareness and sensitivity; Planning, organizing; Problem-solving skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
