Recommends strategic actions to maintain competitiveness. Provides regular sales and market reports to management. 5. Operations and Compliance Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Coordinates with logistics, marketing, and finance departments for smooth operations. Oversees implementation of marketing programs and promotions within the area. 6. Other Duties Prepares periodic performance reports and forecasts.
