Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven content strategies for B2B campaigns across various platforms (websites, blogs, white papers, case studies, emails, and social media). Write and edit high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content for diverse digital channels. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to translate technical topics into clear, customer-focused language. Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and brand messaging across all communication channels. Optimize all written materials for SEO, readability, and conversion effectiveness. Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic content planning. Track and report content performance metrics using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Support the creation of marketing collateral, landing pages, and digital campaigns that align with brand positioning and business goals. Maintain content governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Content Strategist, Technical Writer, or B2B Copywriter in the tech, consulting, or SaaS industries. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for professional audiences. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, customer journeys, and content funnel optimization. Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent research and analytical thinking capabilities. Experience working with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar). Experience 3 to 6 years of professional experience in B2B content strategy, technical copywriting, or digital marketing. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote or hybrid environments is a plus. Working Hours Flexible remote schedule with availability during core collaboration hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Full-time position with project-based deliverables and performance reviews.
