Quality Control Supervisor Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Certification in quality control or inspection (e.g., ACI, AWS, or equivalent) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities on construction sites. Ensure that all construction work complies with project specifications, codes, and standards. Conduct inspections and tests on materials and workmanship. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues. Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and policies. Train and guide site personnel on quality standards and procedures. Participate in internal and external audits. Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of construction activities.
