Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Data Analyst to support partner-related processes, data validation, and reporting for a global technology organization. This role involves maintaining data accuracy, supporting key operational workflows, and enabling business insights through analytics and governance. Key Responsibilities Validate and maintain accuracy of sales and partner-related data within internal systems (e.g., CRM and reporting tools). Support operational processes tied to partner attribution, deal registration, and data integrity. Manage ongoing data hygiene and governance initiatives to ensure consistent reporting standards. Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to resolve data discrepancies and support process improvements. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, or a related analytical role within the software or technology sector. Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Smartsheets. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently with remote/global teams. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Must be available to work during US business hours.
