Position: Mandarin Legal Translator

Industry: BPO Company

Location: Makati City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Php 80,000-Php 100,000

Work Set-up: Work On-site

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Drafting and negotiation of various agreements and other duties as necessary.
  • Communicating with in-house counsel and other legal department stakeholders
  • Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information.
  • Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures

  • Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
  • Have paralegal experience or worked as a Translator in the Supreme Court, law firms, and government agencies
  • Must be able to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor production, processes, and related materials.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyze information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external persons and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
