Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans for optimal efficiency and impact. Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing of quality materials at competitive prices. Manage distribution networks to maximize coverage and minimize logistical costs. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals across multiple functions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry, governmental, and company standards and regulations. Implement risk management frameworks to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain. Utilize data analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecast demand accurately. Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and maintain strong partnerships. Coordinate with production teams to streamline the flow of materials through the supply chain. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management in the FMCG sector. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams effectively. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making processes. Excellent communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and interfacing with executives. Experience with ERP and supply chain management software is highly desirable. Ability to operate strategically while managing day‑to‑day operations efficiently.
