Overview

The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that support the company’s marketing, branding, and product launch initiatives. This role involves developing digital and print assets that enhance brand identity, communicate product value, and capture audience interest. The ideal candidate has strong graphic and multimedia design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing and branding materials for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns (e.g., social media graphics, packaging, posters, brochures, digital ads).
  • Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines , maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team to translate campaign briefs into creative executions.
  • Develop visuals for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns) and offline channels (events, point-of-sale, print collaterals).
  • Support in creating product packaging and label designs that reflect brand identity and comply with industry standards.
  • Produce multimedia content (e.g., simple animations, video edits) when required.
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities to keep brand visuals fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field .
Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Purchasing Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Supply Chain Assistant (experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is an advantage).
  • Background in sourcing or purchasing consumer products preferred.
Skills
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and basic supply chain principles .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
