Radix HR Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Tax and Audit Manager Radix HR Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines - Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and other applicable regulations. - Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of audit findings. - Ensure compliance with tax laws, BIR requirements, and other regulatory standards. - Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of records. - Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Provide financial insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and management decisions. - Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities. - Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed. Qualifications: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 3–5 years of relevant experience in an audit firm is an advantage Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
