WHAT IS A/AN PROGRAM COORDINATOR, OPERATIONS (SUPPORT)? The Program Coordinator supports the Operational Program Management team by handling various administrative and coordination tasks. The role is integral to ensuring smooth program operations, effective communication with cross‑functional teams, and timely execution of key milestones. The right candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Website Management : Oversee website execution for key milestones such as launches and sales, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Marketing and Site Optimization : Assist with marketing execution tasks and implement site optimization tactics to enhance user experience and engagement. Customer Experience : Drive a seamless customer experience through effective product copywriting and thorough website QA tasks. Cross‑Functional Coordination : Notify customer service, manufacturing, fulfillment, and customer service teams of upcoming launches as needed. Inventory Management : Own and manage the inventory catalog and statuses to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information. Internal Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with overall business goals. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Critical thinking and problem solving. Team collaboration. Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
