Your Role: As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will: Order Management: Oversee the management and processing of all chargeable work order requests to ensure prompt and accurate delivery. Renewal Processing: Ensure all non-monthly renewals are executed on time and accurately. Customer Assistance: Offer ad hoc support to address the needs or concerns of our customers. Sales Team Support: Assist with team tasks and inquiries as needed. Sales Order Updates: Provide customers with updates regarding their sales orders, amendments, and/or account queries. System Data Accuracy: Ensure systems used by the Commercial teams are up to date and accurate. What You Need: Proven hands-on experience within a dynamic business and/or commercial administrative role. Familiarity with enterprise networking solutions such as Cradlepoint, Ruckus, or similar CRM technologies is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
