Responsibilities Responsible for the development and implementation of various global recruitment strategies and talent/career management programs to ensure availability of talent supply and that career development and movements are consistent with the company’s overall goals and objectives Develops and implements Global Recruitment strategies and systems to achieve standard turn‐around time for placement of internal or external talents Participates in manpower planning and identification of recruitment strategies as needed Conducts end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, assessment, interviews, coordination of interviews and salary offer, onboarding etc.) for global positions according to standard recruitment turn-around time Ensures that the Global Recruitment report and applicants database are regularly maintained and updated for tracking and filing purposes Designs, implements, reviews and improves recruitment policy and strategies to address manpower needs Utilizes various recruitment sources, portals and headhunters according to agreed hiring plan Skills and Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or related discipline; related Master’s Degree or professional qualification an advantage At least three years of related work experience as a supervisory/specialist Background in the following: Talent assessment, selection and replacement Talent acquisition, strategies and resources Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluency in a language other than English and local dialect an advantage Analytical and with attention to details Interpersonal skills Presentation and facilitation skills Amenable to work Onsite Amenable to work ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
