The Cloud Operations Manager will Lead technical cloud operations team which provides Operational support to all business units, using Azure public cloud platform including but not limited to incident-, change-, request- and problem management. Responsibilities Lead technical cloud operations team to provide world class operations in 24/7 shift roster Coach and develop talent in the team, drive team members’ performance Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices according to group requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Assess proactively cloud environment health and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to cloud services. Support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards. Participate in troubleshooting of high severity incidents, act as technical authority and escalation layer Collaborate with group office and business unit stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications. Required Experience 10+ years relevant experience in Cloud technologies / Operational support role with at least 3 years in a technical lead role Excellent understanding and proven experience in Public Cloud, preferably MS Azure and/or AWS Implementation, workload migration and operational support in a multi-site enterprise environment Relevant professional certifications (Azure, AWS, ITIL etc) Practical experience of supporting Enterprise Public Cloud Services and automation Experience within a decentralized organization, preferably within the Group unit. Sound understanding of IT operating model design and best practices. Experience in top tier multinational corporation will be an advantage. Liaise with service providers to ensure that operational processes (backup, patching, provisioning, monitoring) for service follow-up and incident management. Proven track record of people management, coaching and driving team performance. Proven skills in at least three of following areas: Operating systems: Windows / Linux PaaS services (preferable Azure / AWS) Middleware: IIS / Websphere / Apache / Tomcat Databases: Azure SQL Database / Oracle database / SQL Server Scripting and containers: Powershell, Azure cmd line, YAML, Containers / AKS, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
