Overview

The Engineering Projects Specialist has the overall responsibility for the delivery of projects identified by the Cost Deployment Pillar, Innovation and Masterplan. This includes implementing and executing the different stages of the project safely, on time, in full and within budget. The role coordinates and executes Project Plans and Design (Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed Engineering). It involves controlling, monitoring and managing the project including all aspects of safe execution, costs, project network, Contractor Management, quality of results, installation, commissioning and ramp-up. Passion for robotics and automation and for data and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects identified by the Cost Deployment Pillar, Innovation and Masterplan
  • Coordinate and execute Project Plans and Design (Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed Engineering)
  • Control, monitor and manage safety, costs, project network, contractor management, quality of results, installation, commissioning and ramp-up
  • Ensure safe execution and adherence to schedule and budget
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (must be a certified Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/consumer goods industry
  • Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite (Gateway Manufacturing)
